Specifically, we helped clients successfully address ownership changes that were to take place during their lifetime. Early on, we recognized a critical need to integrate business with personal objectives, and we began to cultivate more sophisticated capabilities to help our clients make critical decisions with greater confidence.
As our firm has grown we have strategically added new services to our core offering. We have helped identify, build and implement hundreds of business transitions, nationally. Today, the Rainier Group is recognized as an industry leader in all areas of Business Advisory and Investment Banking. We have clients and strategic relationships throughout the United States and continue to operate with the same core values our firm was built on. In an effort to continue to expand our reach we joined Coldstream Holdings, Inc as a wholly owned subsidiary in 2017. This integration has empowered us to be one of the largest independent firms in the Pacific Northwest.
